General

Commissions are for personal use initially, monetized use is only permitted after paying the extra fee. You will receive a digital file from me, no physical artwork.
My current experience lies in drawing fictional characters with a simple background. I'm trying to get better at more detailed backgrounds, so as such, you're free to request those. Please note that I may take the liberty to either discuss for a simpler option, or add an additional fee, depending on complexity.
If your provided reference includes a color palette, please note that the final product may have slight color differences due to factors such as lighting or shading.Additionally, I currently mainly work with Procreate on my iPad, but have been familiarizing myself with CSP on my PC lately as well, since my iPad struggles with bigger canvas sizes. There may naturally be slight style differences between the two, as I don't have the same brushes available for both. I will let you know if I feel that CSP is more suited for your commission.

Payments

I require either full payment or a 50% down payment before starting your commission. You will be given 5 full business days to make the payment; I will start working on your commission once received.A full refund is permitted if I have not started work, and a partial refund only if I have not finished the lineart stage yet.
The only exception will be made if I cannot personally complete your commission due to any reasons.

Revisions

You're free to request any changes and adjustments after each progress update (sketch, base/rough coloring, lineart). No limit currently, but please keep it within reason.
Only minor changes are allowed once I've progressed into/past the rendering stage, so please make sure that everything is to your liking before that! I won't take responsibility if you fail to ask for major changes in time, so please be sure you are satisfied beforehand.

Deadlines and Delivery

The waiting time will be in between 1 week, to a maximum of 8 weeks. During that period, we will keep in contact at any time. Your work will be sent as PNG file (or otherwise if requested) once finished.
I will try my best to fulfill your commission ahead of time, but please understand that I have personal irl responsibilities to tend to, as well as fan projects that I regularly join on the side as well. Beyond that, anything that may majorly affect my availability will be discussed if and when it comes up.If you have a hard deadline for your commission, please let me know, so we can discuss and plan accordingly!

Use

The usage of your commission is limited to the license you selected (personal, monetized), and I request that you credit my account correctly if you upload your commission on social media and/or use it for your layout etc.
Additionally, feeding any of my artwork into generative AI software of any type is NOT permitted. That includes those such as Grok, ChatGPT, character.ai, etc.

Intellectual property rights

As the artist, I retain all the rights to any artwork I create. That includes, but is not limited to: the right to use the image as samples for self-promotion, post it on my social media, and use it on my portfolio site.

Communication

Communication will be done in the form of DMs through your choice in social media. While I am active in all listed forms of communication in the request form, please know that I am most active on Twitter, and would highly recommend you choose that as your form of communication, if possible!I make sure to give periodic updates as I progress through your commission. These updates will be lowered resolution, watermarked screenshots, as a safety measurement.

Final price may heavily vary depending on details. At it's most basic, I can do one pose (front and back) for you, as well as one sideview of the head. Though a lot more inclusions are possible!
